Once you find a property and put forward an acceptable offer, a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent will be required.
This deposit is forfeited should you not supply relevant information/documents within the 15 day time scale as per the Tenancy Fee Act, refuse to supply information, change your mind or provide false/misleading information. (If the landlord changes their mind then the deposit will be refunded to you). Once this process has been completed, the property will be removed from the market and held until the agreed move-in date.

We will require photo ID and proof of your current address. Your tenancy will be subject to appropriate referencing, credit and Right To Rent checks; you will be supplied with details of our referencing agent for these checks to be undertaken.
Once you have passed the referencing procedure you will be invited to either sign all the relevant documents on line, or visit the office to sign in person. You will be advised on the payment methods to pay the balance of move in monies ( one calendar months’ rent plus 5 week security deposit) The security deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement. You will be given the keys and your tenancy will commence.
A reasonable charge may be made for the loss of keys or fobs.
